Enrollment and teachers

  • District count: 1,063 students on the 11th day of the 2026-27 school year (Aug. 24, 2026), according to the district’s 11th Day Enrollment Report.
  • Federal count: 995 students in the 2023-24 school year, with 58 full-time-equivalent teachers, according to the NCES directory. That works out to about 17 students per teacher.

How admission works

From the school’s enrollment page:

  • Applications are taken online through Charter Schools USA’s enrollment system, and the school says it accepts applications year-round.
  • Open enrollment for 2026-27 began Nov. 3, 2025. Every application filed during open enrollment had an equal chance, whatever day it came in.
  • If a grade gets more applications than seats, a system-generated random lottery decides who is offered a place. For 2026-27, results were published Dec. 12, 2025.
  • Families who accept an offer register online and bring documents such as a birth certificate, proof of residence and immunization records.

Because there is no zone, living nearby does not guarantee a seat. Students who are not admitted keep their zoned district school; check it on the district’s Find My School map.
